OTE Group starts remote work on a large scale from Monday 16/3, protecting the people and contributing to the national effort to slow its spread coronavirus COVID-2019 in our country.
The aim is for at least 13.000 (80%) of the total of 16.000 people working for the Group to gradually work remotely. The form of remote work will depend on the work they perform. By leveraging technology, OTE Group has ensured that even with remote work, it will continue to seamlessly offer its customers its high-level telecommunications services.
In addition, the company has recommended to its employees to reduce their personal travels and meetings to the absolutely necessary, for the safety of themselves and our fellow human beings.
In a letter to all the staff of the Group, the President and CEO of the OTE Group, Mr. Michalis Tsamaz, states in this regard:

Thank you all very much for your individual contribution to the national effort to slow down the spread of the virus in our country, but also to our joint effort at the OTE Group to protect ourselves, our colleagues and our customers, and to continue to offer smoothly provide our services necessary for the society and the country, especially in this critical period.
