The Mimikatz is an open source program written in C, released in April 2014. It is a very powerful program, you support the Windows system memory to export password, hashes, PIN code, Kerberos credentials, pass-the-hash, pass- the-ticket and for other technology related to hacking.
Available in two versions: x64 or Win32, depending on your version of Windows (32/64 bits).
Win32 does not have access to 64 bit process memory machines (such as lsass), but it can open a 32 bit minidump under Windows 64 bit. Some features require administrator privileges or SYSTEM tokens, so be aware of UAC from Vista.
And windbg together, can even read the virtual machine's password credentials.
