Microsoft recently released it Windows 10 May 2020 Update, or the version 2004, for those who want to install it manually from Windows Update.
But the company has also updated the Media Creation Tool, for those who want to upgrade their devices manually or create bootable USB/DVD that could be used to update someone else's or even the same computer.
Media Creation Tool is an application developed as guide installation, so although not recommended for beginners, everything is quite simple. You should follow the suggested steps one by one to update your device or create a bootable USB/DVD from the ISO of the new version.
