Google Sodar is an AR tool to help you keep the required social distance due to the coronavirus pandemic.
People who are waiting and want to maintain the social safety distance of two meters, due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic can easily see if they keep these distances with the help of Google and Sodar.
Google has a new augmented reality (AR) tool that can help you follow toyw social distance rules when you need to get out of your home. This is an experimental project called Sodar that creates a two-meter radius ring around you through your phone screen. The purpose of the tool is to give you a way to visualize how far the two meters should be and to adapt to the new environment as the quarantine has already ended.
Sodar is not autonomous application and it doesn't need to be installed to work. To use it, you just have to visit his website. However, it will only work with Chrome on Android devices, and some Android devices may not be compatible.
