Dell has published the list of computers that have been tested and are fully compatible with the Windows 10 May 2020 Update.
The published list includes most of Dell's next-generation computers, such as models from the Inspiron, XPS, Optiplex, Alienware and Latitude series.
"If your device is not listed in the following tables, Dell has not tested the device and drivers will not be updated for these models. If you purchased your device with a version of Windows 10, drivers are available for this version and no testing is required. If you want to continue upgrading or updating an untested system, see the Microsoft Windows help site. "Microsoft may provide some drivers for hardware support." he says Dell.

Windows 10 in 2004 is currently only available for some devices running Windows 10 in 1903 and 1909. To install the update, you must manually check for updates in Windows Update to see if the new version appears.
If the update does not appear, it means that Microsoft is upgrading due to a compatibility issue that the company has discovered with your device.
The release of the update takes place gradually, so you will see it when more possible issues are resolved by the development company.
