Good Evening! I try to do some work with Autopsy but I keep getting the message "failed to load python modules". Do you know how I can solve it?
https://sleuthkit.discourse.group/t/failed-to-load-python-modules/291
or changed the user name of the Windows account to no special symbols
I have tried the first one and in the User name I just have my name without any special character. To be precise the problem is not exactly as described in the link you gave me but appears as an alert in the lower right corner of Autopsy. The strange thing is that I have tried it on 2 different laptops and the same thing happens .. Do you have any other idea?
is the name in Greek?
Not in English
I do not know, the message says that it does not load the python modules, so it probably does not find the path or they do not exist at all. Are there any logs that show what it is trying to load?
