Snort: Intrusion prevention system

The Snort ++ project ( snort 3 ) has been running for a while and these days released the fourth upgrade of the next generation of Snort IPS (intrusion Prevention System).

This program will show you what Snort++ will feature and walk you through the steps needed from downloading to demoing it.

This version of Snort ++ includes new features, all the features of Snort 2.X, but also bug fixes for the basic version of Snort:
