Postmodern vs Ellinika Hoaxes when fake news destroys

In my daily navigation at Internet συνάντησα ένα πολύ ενδιαφέρον άρθρο του Postmodern.gr. Το άρθρο κατηγορεί την γνωστή σελίδα Ellinika Hoaxes for misinformation and Fake news posting.

On the eve of the 2019 European elections, the powerful international social media Facebook entrusts a Greek charitytechnique team checking the accuracy of publications posted on the network in our country. In fact, it gives this group the ability to DESTROY websites by labeling them as sources of "misinformation" and "fake news".

Η δύναμη που της παραχωρεί είναι πραγματικά τρομακτική. Εάν η ομάδα αποφασίσει ότι μία ανάρτηση είναι ψευδής, την μπλοκάρει, βάζοντας προειδοποίηση, «κόβει» την επισκεψιμότητα της είδησης και, σε περίπτωση «υποτροπής» της σελίδας, δεν την εμφανίζει πια με την ίδια frequency to the users who had chosen it.

There is no warning or objection procedure. In other words, the Ellinika Hoaxes do not say on one page "you have a post that is false or misleading and correct it because there will be consequences". It proceeds immediately to the characterization, while, no procedure has been provided for the correction or submission of an "objection" to the "verdict" of the group.

On June 17, 2020, the Ellinika Hoaxes team "decides" that the websites alfavita.gr, news247.gr, in.gr, tovima.gr, documentonews.gr, tvxs.gr, ethnos.gr, koutipandoras.gr, sportime.gr in MISINFORMATION, as the news about the abolition of art courses in secondary education is FAKE NEWS!
