The following ISOs are aimed at those who want to perform a clean installation of the distribution to the latest version, so they don't have to update their system from scratch afterwards.
As in any update a fixed version of Debian, this new version comes with minor improvements, but most importantly, the security fixes they contain.
“This patch release mainly adds fixes for security issues, as well as some tweaks for serious issues. The safety tips they are already published separately and listed where available," the Debian project explains.
"Note that the point version is not a new version of Debian 10 but only updates some of the packages included."
