SSJ is a small docker-based script recommended for everyday use and built for users dealing with penetration testing and forensics.
It runs at near-native performance (as the containers use the host kernel) and is therefore a slightly better alternative to virtual machines in terms of speed, performance and convenience.
SSJ is a Docker image that uses kalilinux/kali as a base image and installs packages google-chrome, firefox-esr, sublime-text, tmux, kali-linux-large, etc. It uses mirror of kali.download/kali και το kali-last-snapshot. Σας επιτρέπει επίσης να εκτελείτε εφαρμογές με GUI όπως το Burpsuite, το Wireshark, το Ettercap κ.λπ. από το κοντέινερ σε καθημερινή χρήση, χρησιμοποιώντας possibilities connection and – net = host argument.
This script creates the image and a .desktop file (the Application Launcher) for you. So all you have to do is find SSJ in the apps menu and do click in it to start it. An xfce4 terminal with all the pentesting and infosec tools will appear. Run the burpsuite command to enable the proxy server, firefox to enable the browser, and thus, you have access to hundreds of tools and packages that exist in Kali Linux (especially Kali-linux-large metapackage), your everyday Linux distribution .
