SSJ: The Linux distribution that surpassed the power of Super Saiyan

SSJ is a small script based on the , recommended for everyday use and built for users involved in penetration testing and forensics.

It runs at near-native performance (as the containers use the host kernel) and is therefore a slightly better alternative to virtual machines in terms of speed, performance and convenience.

SSJ is a Docker image that uses kalilinux/kali as a base image and installs packages google-chrome, firefox-esr, sublime-text, tmux, kali-linux-large, etc. It uses a mirror of kali.download/kali and kali-last-snapshot. It also allows you to run GUI applications such as Burpsuite, Wireshark, the etc. from the container in daily use, using connection capabilities and – net = host argumen.

This script creates the image and a .desktop file (the Application Launcher) for you. So all you have to do is find SSJ in the application menu and click on it to launch it. An xfce4 terminal with all the pentesting and infosec tools will appear. Run the burpsuite command to enable the proxy, firefox to enable the program and thus, you have access to hundreds of tools and packages that exist in Kali Linux (especially the Kali-linux-large metapackage), in your everyday Linux distribution.
