KB4586853: Microsoft just released the latest optional update for Windows 10 of the 20H2 version and the 2004 version.
Update KB4586853 for Windows 10 is an optional update, which means two things: the installation will not be automatic and will not come with a long list of fixes. 
If you don't care, you can skip the update and get these fixes next week as part of its mandatory updates Patch Tuesday.
To install the update, you must follow these steps:
- Open Settings - Update and Security - Windows Update
- Make it click in “View optional updates”.
- Select the update you want and click on "Download and Install".
If you can not install the update from Windows Update, you can download it from Microsoft Update Catalog.
