In an effort to speed up the update process, Microsoft has announced recently the 'Windows Feature Experience Pack', which is designed to provide users with features and updates as separate downloads.

I am not sure I understand. The Feature Pack isn't a "Feature on Demand". Any Feature Pack update that goes to retail customers (eg non Insiders) gets wrapped up into the existing servicing we do. Think "C" preview releases, etc. There isn't any additional servicing happening.
