The adoption of Zoom services has reached new heights this year as many have been forced to work remotely.
The same happened with her Microsoft Teams, after the last few months the company has seen a huge increase in the number of its daily active users.
Zoom, however, intends to grow even bigger, and appears to have new ambitions that could make it a strong rival to Google and Microsoft.
According to one Publication, Zoom is getting ready to invest in more productivity apps, with a program-client email and a calendar.
As it turns out, the email platform is already in development and, according to the aforementioned post, it will be a web-based email service to be provided to users from next year (2021).
Η application calendar on the other hand, is an idea that Zoom is still exploring, but it seems that the company is committed to bringing it to market. But not next year.
The changing market has positioned Zoom application as a very strong alternative to Google and Microsoft and the company is trying to further this trend.
It remains to be seen whether this growth will continue after the end of the pandemic, as the new products mentioned above will be at an advanced stage of development.
