Edge 88.0.705.50 fixes to many security vulnerabilities

Microsoft has finally released update 88.0.705.50 for the program s Edge.

This is a new one with some changes (removed FTP and Flash support), many innovations and various corrections .

As we mentioned in previous publication Google updated the program first Chrome στην έκδοση 88.0.4324.96 στις 19 Ιανουαρίου 2021 για Linux, macOS και . Fixed 36 vulnerabilities, one of which was critical. Now Microsoft follows with Edge 88.0.705.50.

As of January 21, 2021, Microsoft has published security issues in Security Advisory ADV200002. The new Edge closes the following security gaps:

CVE-2020-16044, CVE-2021-21118, CVE-2021-21119, CVE-2021-21120, CVE-2021-21121, CVE-2021-21122, CVE-2021-21123, CVE-2021-21124, CVE-2021-21125, CVE-2021-21126, CVE-2021-21127. CVE-2021-21128, CVE-2021-21129, CVE-2021-21130, CVE-2021-21131, CVE-2021-21132, CVE-2021-21133, CVE-2021-21134, CVE-2021-21135, CVE-2021-21136, CVE-2021-21137, CVE-2021-21139, CVE-2021-21140, CVE-2021-21141.

The browser should be updated automatically. At release notes, Microsoft states which features have been removed (FTP, Adobe Flash) and what has been added to the new Edge 88.
