Microsoft has released the Paint app to the Microsoft Store, and users can get it just like any other Windows 10.
The company had announced that Paint would circulate in the Microsoft Store a long time ago, but has not mentioned more details, so today's news is definitely a little surprise.
I'm expecting Microsoft to announce Paint (store version) with today's insider build

However, the Paint application is not yet available for download from the Store, although it has been published.
The bet of the Paint 3D application
The Windows 10 Creators Update came with the replacement of the Paint application with a new generation called Paint 3D. Paint 3D, however, failed to attract users who continued to use the classic Paint.
But apparently Microsoft, which is monitoring what is happening, has decided to stop pre-installing Paint 3D on Windows 10.
“3D Viewer and Paint 3D will no longer be pre-installed on clean installations of the latest Insider Preview channel releases. And the two εφαρμογές θα εξακολουθούν να είναι διαθέσιμες στο Store και θα παραμείνουν στη συσκευή σας μετά από ενημέρωση του λειτουργικού συστήματος. Έτσι, εάν αναβαθμίσατε τον υπολογιστή σας όπως συνήθως, αυτές οι εφαρμογές δεν θα φύγουν από την λίστα εφαρμογών σας”, αναφέρει η Microsoft.
In other words, except from the classic Paint app, we'll also see the Paint 3D app in the Microsoft Store at some point.
