A routine case file was formed by the Greek Penalty Prosecution Division of the Greek Police against 36hronik for a privacy and personal data breach.

Investigation of the case began after 33's domestic complaint against 36ron, with whom he had a relationship, for illegal video recording and posting on Internet her personal data without her consent.

According to the complaint, the aforementioned was recording their private moments, with a video camera, without the victim's knowledge. The above audio-visual material was posted on at least two websites, based abroad and provided for viewing accordingly image.

In a public order, yesterday (05-01-2015) morning hours, a survey of the 36hronos home, as well as his workplace, in a region of Central Macedonia.

During the searches, an electronic hard drive was found and seized , which will be sent to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations for laboratory tests.

The file that has been filed will be submitted to the relevant Prosecutor's Office.
