The Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate filed an ordinary case file against 43hronest alien for computer theft
From the Hellenic Police Electronic Crime Prosecution Division, a case of two stellar computers was stolen and a case filed against the 43 foreign alien was formed.
Investigation of the case began after a two-nation denouncement of the theft of their computers. The complainants were brought to the attention of the Prosecutor's Office of Athens, and a preliminary investigation was ordered at the Electronic Crime Prosecution Division.
A thorough digital investigation was carried out by the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate research και ανάλυση των δεδομένων και των στοιχείων της υπόθεσης και αφού επακολούθησε αλληλογραφία με τους παρόχους υπηρεσιών διαδικτύου, τελικά ταυτοποιήθηκε το σημείο διασύνδεσής των υπολογιστών στο διαδίκτυο και η εμπλοκή του 43χρονου στην υπόθεση.
Subsequently, for the in-depth and thorough investigation of the case, 15-4-2016's morning hours were searched at 43hrono's home, where the stolen computers were found and seized and then handed over to their owners.
The case file, which was formed for the case, will be submitted to the competent Prosecution Authority, while the possible involvement of the accused in other related criminal acts is being investigated.
