The head of the Bing Prediction Engine, which is not available in Greece, is the economist David Rothschild, based in the Microsoft research laboratory in New York. He became famous in 2012 when he successfully predicted the results of the US election in all 50 states of USA.
Rothschild does not reveal details of the algorithms in his post for the Oscars at Microsoft's TechnetBlog.
