Google is ready to release the Android 11 to the general public. Tuesday's announcement came after several months of testing in beta and updates.
Η ενημέρωση κυκλοφορεί ήδη για τις συσκευές Pixel της Google (Pixel 2 και νεότερη) και για τις συσκευές από OnePlus, Xiaomi, OPPO and Realme.
We should mention that among the new features that Google has added to the new operating system, it also made some changes to the privacy. For example, you can no longer give apps one-time access to your microphone, camera, or location. Each time you open the app, you will be asked again if you want to approve the request again.
Another mode privacy can revoke the permissions of apps you haven't used before, preventing any unnecessary access to apps you've installed and used only once.
Google is also improving how Android 11 will manage work and personal profiles for business users – better separating personal and data work, preventing your IT administrator from accessing any of your personal data.
But the question remains the same for every major Android update: How long will it take to get to devices from companies like Samsung, and especially to devices that are one or two years old?
