Manually record a device with custom Android
The first thing you need to do is find your device's Android ID. You should be aware that the Android ID can be changed by installing each new ROM or making some other changes to your device.
Use an application like Aida64 to find the Android ID. If you can not download the app from Google Play, try installing it from a third-party store or from APK Mirror.
Once you find the ID, open the dedicated Google page to manually register your device.
You need to sign in to a Google Account to complete the process. The system limits subscriptions to 100 devices per user.
