Apple has created a new segment at App Store which will be dedicated to children. The new department will serve parents and children by offering the best applications for ages 5 and under, 6 – 8, and 9-11.
The new store actually starts with an e-Book titled Family Time with Apps. The author, Joan Ganz Cooney Center, has designed the book to show the way in applications that can support the child's healthy development through both educational and recreational applications.
The guide helps parents find the best applications that meet their children's needs.
