Apple has just released the updated iOS 7.1. The download can be made through (OTA) but also via iTunes. For all of you who te Jailbroken device it would be better not to upgrade because you will lose the Jailbreak. Apple closed all the loopholes used by hackers with the evasi0n7 jailbreak in the   iOS 7.1.
