For some Apple Vision Pro buyers, the honeymoon is over. It is no coincidence that there has been an increase in the social media of Vision Pro owners who they say they are returning their devices worth $3.500 in the past few days.
Apple allows you to return any product within 14 days of purchase – and for the first wave of Vision Pro buyers that date was approaching. So many people wanted their money back.
But why, what happened?
Many people report that their device causes headaches and nausea. The weight of the device and the fact that most of the weight is on the front was another reason for consumer dissatisfaction.
Parker Ortolani, product manager at The Verge, said he thought using the device caused redness in his eyes.
But to be fair, many users of VR devices have long reported dry eyes and redness.
