Ardour 7.3 open-source, cross-platform digital audio workstation

Ardour 7.3 was released today with several new features, improvements and many bug fixes. It is a free, open-source, powerful, and cross-platform DAW ( ).

The application is distributed with GNU General Public License and can be installed on operating systems , OSX, FreeBSD, and Windows. Its main developer is Paul Davis, who is also in charge of the tool JACK Audio Connection Kit.

Ardour 7.3 comes to add some much needed new features to the already powerful digital audio workstation software.

These include import support M4A audio, a new adjustable Remove Gaps track processing function with adjustable threshold and output parameters, and the ability to display low-level measurement of DSP processing information in the Performance Meters window.
