As it turns out team of WordCamp, which has undertaken its organization in Athens, organizes the pre-holidays! Below is the team's invitation announcement as we received it:
Since WordCamp is coming for the first time in Athens, we have said to make it completely "Greek". And because in our country every feast has its own eve, so we are organizing it 9o Athens Meetup, which will have the Pre Event character.
Our 9o official meetingup will be the preamble of WordCamp Athens 2016, the first official WordCamp in Greece, to be held in Technopolis, City of Athens, at 19 November 2016.
