AT&T announced Saturday that it is working on a deal to acquire Time Warner. Time Warner is valued at $ 85,4 billion.
The deal will allow AT&T to stream video to millions of wireless networks, U-verse and broadband cables, as well as to DirecTV satellite subscribers.
