The operating system developers BackBox Linux announced the release and immediate availability of the issue BackBox Linux 4.5, which promises a new kernel and many updated packages.
According to the release notes, BackBox Linux 4.5 comes with the Linux 4.2 kernel pre-installed and adds various new and special tools such as Automotive Analysis and OpenVAS, which promise to improve overall system performance.
"In this version we have some special new ones possibilities included to keep BackBox up to date with the latest developments in global security. Tools like Automotive Analysis and OpenVAS will make the difference.” the announcement says.
Of course, it is worth mentioning that the new version includes many new hacking tools, and others that have been updated in their latest releases.
The new operating system contains: wpscan, hashcat, knockpy, nmap, guymanager, zaproxy, binwalk, set, phishing-frenzy, sqlmap, can-utils, and apktool.
