The developers of the BackBox Linux operating system have announced its release and immediate availability versions BackBox Linux 4.5, which promises a new kernel and several updated packages.
According to the release notes, BackBox Linux 4.5 comes with the Linux 4.2 kernel pre-installed and adds various new and special tools such as Automotive Analysis and OpenVAS, which promise to improve the overall performance of the system.

The new operating system contains: wpscan, hashcat, knockpy, nmap, guymanager, zaproxy, binwalk, set, phishing-frenzy, sqlmap, can-utils, and apktool.
