BQ has just announced the new Aquaris E5 HD Ubuntu Edition. New devices will be available across Europe from mid-June.
For those who don't know, BQ and Canonical διατηρούν μια μακροχρόνια συνεργασία, για την construction smartphones με λειτουργικό σύστημα Ubuntu. Η νέα συσκευή Aquaris E5 HD Ubuntu Edition έρχεται μετά την κυκλοφορία του Aquaris Ε4.5 τον Φεβρουάριο, η οποία είχε πολύ καλή υποδοχή από την κοινότητα.
The new BQ phone has much more powerful hardware. The Aquaris E5 HD Ubuntu Edition comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 720 × 1280 pixels (380cd / m2), a MediaTek quad-core Cortex A7 CPU clocked at 1.3 GHz, 1GB RAM, and 16GB storage.
The rear camera has a 13MP BSI sensor with a Largan lens, and the front camera has an 5MP sensor. The camera has a double flash and supports Full HD video recording (1080p).
Also, just like the Aquaris E4.5, the new model has a function Dual-SIM.
One of Canonical's plans to be released on the market is a device capable of connecting to a computer and running like a full desktop.
Judging by everything that has been revealed to date, BQ is the company that will build the device, although there are not many details yet.

Aquaris E5 HD Ubuntu Editio will be available in a couple of weeks across the European Union from BQ's online store. The value of the device will be at 200 €.
