Were you happy that Pirate Bay adopted Torrents Time to add streaming services? Less than a week has passed since we first posted Torrents Time on stage, and the Dutch-based anti-piracy team BREIN has deemed the new streaming tool "illegal application."

In a letter, it demands from the administrators the "immediate cessation of distribution through Torrents Time."torrents time

Torrents Time is an application that with a built-in torrent client allows users to download and play torrent files with one click through their browser. After installing a plugin, everything is done by your browser.

Several torrent sites, including Pirate Bay, have adopted the solution offering streaming to their visitors.

Until the letter came from BREIN:

Through your website Torrents Time (https://torrents-time.com/) you are distributing the illegal 'Torrents Time' that structurally and systematically facilitates, enables and participates in the making of infringing content without the authorization of the respective copyright and neighboring rights holders. 'Torrents Time' is the illegal distribution of popular titles of films and TV series published by the rights holders represented by BREIN and which have not been licensed for distribution thr0 your system.

Project managers responded to the anti-piracy group from the Netherlands, saying their implementation was not illegal and that their letter lacked the documentation on everything they supported.
