CentOS Linux 7.5.1804 has just released the new ISO

Linux 7.5.1804: The CentOS is developed by a community of open source contributors. Typically CentOS users are companies and individuals who do not need strong commercial support for their operating system.

CentOS is a 100% compatible rebuild , which fully complies with Red Hat distribution requirements. CentOS is for those who need stability in a business class operating system without the cost of certification and support.CentOS Linux 7.4.1708

Since 2014 Red Hat has been funding CentOS, which allows the development to maintain its open-source character.

CentOS 7 is a great choice for home use, even on a Linux-friendly laptop. It will work well despite the challenges. Facing the challenges is also the disadvantage of CentOS, as it does not have the support of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Red Hat released it Red Hat Enterprise Linux RHEL 7.5 10May 2018. Of course, as I had mentioned, since then I have been waiting (and probably all friends of the distro) for the upcoming CentOS 'Release Point', meaning the major release of a distribution (in this case CentOS Linux 7) to update 5 from source Red Hat code.

Today it seems the day I expected:

CentOS repositories contain all up-to-date 7.5.1804 packages as well as official ISO images for full installation of the distribution.

Yes, Karanbir Singh announced today the release of CentOS 7.5.1804, the latest update of the CentOS 7 series. The new version is based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5 and includes many bug fixes.

I am pleased to announce the general availability of CentOS Linux 7 (1804) for all architectures. This is the current version of CentOS Linux 7 that has been labeled as 1804, coming from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5. As usual, we provide it releasenotes with important information about new traffic.
