The UK government on Wednesday published recommendations for its industry artificialof intelligence, outlining a comprehensive approach to regulating technology.
In a white paper to be submitted to Parliament, the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) will outline the principles it wants companies to follow.
They are: security, stability. transparency and explanation, fairness, accountability and governance. Rather than introducing new regulations, the UK government is calling on regulators to implement existing regulations and inform companies of their obligations under the white paper.
