Google released on April 14, 2022 an emergency update for Chrome on all platforms (Android, Windows, and MacOS) that is in the stable channel. The update closes a 0day (CVE-2022-1364), for which it is already released exploit.
Related information has been posted on Google bog. You will find a suspension to update Chrome to version 100.0.4896.127 for the desktop with Windows and Mac systems as well and one for Android devices.
Both posts contain a brief description of the vulnerabilities that the new version of Chrome has fixed.
Google warns that an exploit for CVE-2022-1364 is already in circulation. However, it does not give exact details about the vulnerabilities until users update the proletterof browsing, and for obvious reasons.
The version of Chrome for Windows, Mac and Linux will be released in the coming days on the systems of those interested through the automatic update function.
