Google has added the ability to share web pages via QR codes in Chrome 88.
The feature has been available for a while now, but now it's available to everyone using the desktop version Google Chrome.
You can access the feature by clicking on the address bar or by right-clicking on the top of the webpage as shown in the pictures.
Images can also be shared via QR codes.
Create a QR Code in an image
and you are ready:
Οι περισσότερες εφαρμογές φωτογραφιών smartphone διαθέτουν πλέον ενσωματωμένη την αυτόματη σάρωση κώδικα QR, κάτι που σημαίνει ότι ανοίγοντας την εφαρμογή cameraof your phone and pointing it at your screen will open the URL.
It's nice that Google has officially added QR Code support to Chrome, but until everyone can use these images with a built-in technology, may not be so useful.
I still think the simplest approach to share a web page is tocase a simple "share" button like Android has.
