Η Google announced Wednesday night a new Chrome update. So today there are updates for Chrome Stable and Chrome Extended Stable.
Google as usual provides very little information about the nature of the updates. The official Chrome Releases blog posts do not reveal information about the nature of the updates.
The only information the company gives is that Chrome version is 106.0.5249.103 in Stable channel and Extended Stable.
If you click on the link “log” that Google gives you can see the official archive καταγραφής αλλαγών του Chromium.
JAWS, which stands for Job Access With Speech, is one program screen reader “developed for computer users whose vision loss prevents them from seeing content screen or navigate with the mouse”.
It's unclear if the issues listed are the only ones fixed in the new version of Chrome. Google does not report the security issues it discovers internally on notes every new release or in the Chromium log, for obvious reasons. So it may have patched security holes in Chrome that were found internally.
In any case, it would be a good idea to update Chrome immediately. Just open the chrome://settings/help internal address.
