Chrome will soon make it easier to access your saved passwords by automatically syncing across all your devices.
After the release of Chrome on iOS, the company is preparing a release in which its browser will allow you to access your saved passwords and bookmarks by simply connecting your devices (Android, iOS, tablet, laptop, desktop) to your Google account.
This change will allow you to skip the extra step of manually enabling Chrome sync, which already exists in Chrome on Android and desktop.
Google says it will give you the option to sign in to Chrome for a "customized browsing experience," allowing you to send tabs and use your saved passwords across devices.
However, if you don't want to associate your browsing data with your Google Account, you simply won't sign in to your Chrome account.
Google also notes that saving your history and open tabs in your Google Account will require your approval separately.
As for when exactly this change will roll out to Android and iOS, Google says to "stay tuned for updates."
