Η Community Health Systems (CHS) of the US revealed recently that hackers have breached their network and stolen personal information from approximately 4,5 million patients.

The service claims that no credit card numbers, medical or clinical information were stolen.
According to TrustedSec, the hackers were able to obtain access into the agency's systems, exploiting its notorious vulnerability OpenSSL "Heart Bleed."
