The CrackMapExec (aka CME) is a tool that helps exploit and automate the security assessment of large networks Active Directory.
It was created with secrecy in mind. CME follows the concept of “Living off the Land”: abusing built-in Active Directory functions and protocols to achieve its functionality and allowing it to evade most endpoint protection programs protected / IDS / IPS.
Although intended to be used primarily for offensive purposes, the CME can be used to find possible configuration and simulate attack scenarios.
