Bitcoin's search for digital coin creator came to an end as Australian Craig Wright revealed he developed Bitcoin, providing even proofs to the BBC, Economist and GQ.
The verification of Mr. Craig Wright's claims was done by some specific parts of bitcoin (bitcoin blocks) known to have been originally mined by Nakamoto.
"It is the batch used to send 10 bitcoin to Hal Finney (a technician who also played an important role in Bitcoin's success) in January (2009) in the first bitcoin deal," said Craig Wright in the media.
Why is this revelation now?
Wright has been cited as the creator of Bitcoin in the past, but shortly after these claims appeared in the media, the home he was robbed by taxmen and the police.
The maker of the digital coin today put an end to speculation and according to the BBC he said:
"Now the lawyers have taken over how much I will have to pay. I wouldn't want that to happen. I want to continue doing what I love. I do not want money. I don't want glory. I don't want fame. I don't want worship. I just want you to leave me alone.”
Of course, that he does not want fame and money is admirable, although Mr. Wright has according information one million bitcoins, which today are worth about $450 million.
