Therefore, this package includes all previous patches that were released (see KB 3074683). If you have already installed the previous updates, only the new ones included in this package will be installed. ”
From a technical point of view, it is not the first update package for Window 10 RTM. Microsoft has already released some updates for Windows 10 RTM as part of the initial user upgrade process.
