A 40-year-old citizen was arrested by the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate of the Hellenic Police for infringement of the personal data legislation.
He was arrested yesterday (29-07-2014) by the Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office 40 for a long time, for violating legislation protecting the individual from the processing of personal data.

From the methodical online research that followed, the electronic traces of the material in question were identified as well as the details of the person who had posted it on Internet.
From a police station, an investigation, in the presence of a Judicial Officer, was carried out at the 40ronos residence in an area of Athens where they were found and confiscated:

(1) usb stick storage media

(2) optical discs
-
(8) sim mobile phone cards

(2) packages with mobile phone and cellular card details

(1) camera.
However, the 40-old Greek citizen was identified and arrested in an area of Arcadia, while the search made at the place of residence was found and confiscated:

(1) desktop computer,
-
(2) cell phones,
-
(1) SIM card,
-
(1) external hard drive and
-
(10) digital discs.
From the specialized research that followed on the above digital media, a large number was found stored videoobjective material of the patient, which had been posted on dozens of internet sites.
The seized digital testimonies will be sent to the Criminal Investigation Division for further screening.
The person arrested with the case file with his charge was formed today at the Prosecutor's Office of Athens.
