A "black market" of confidential information intended to create a new generation of whistleblowers, such as Edward Snowdon, is intended to be the Darkleaks.
The service in question, as reported in a New Scientist article, is available for download online as a free πακέτο λογισμικού, και οsource code του έχει δημοσιευθεί online μέσω του Github. However, its creators argue that it is aimed primarily at those who want to make out "trade secrets", "military information", "evidence of tax evasion" and so on.
