The quality of search results has improved and so more are appearing information. For example, if a data set (Dataset) in the search result relates to a geographical area, a map will also appear in the description.

So far, Big Data Search has displayed about 25 million datasets. Those who publish data and want their Dataset to appear in search results can do so using the open schema template (schema.org).
With this template they can describe the properties of their data set and Google will do the indexing.
