Debian GNU/Linux 11.5 Bullseye ISO

The Debian Project today announced the availability of Debian GNU/Linux 11.5 as the fifth release in the Debian GNU/Linux 11 “Bullseye” series.

Debian GNU/Linux 11.5 is here two months after its release Debian GNU / Linux 11.4 with an updated installation media for those who want to install the latest version of Debian GNU/Linux 11 “Bullseye” on new computers.debian11

It includes all security and software updates that have been released since July 9th through the Debian GNU/Linux 11 “Bullseye” software repositories.

In numbers, it includes a total of 58 different bug fixes and 53 security updates.

For more details read the new release announcement. In the meantime, if you are already running the Debian GNU/Linux 11 “Bullseye” operating system on your computer, you should simply update with the command sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade in a terminal.

For fresh installations, you will be able to download live ISOs of Debian GNU/Linux 11.5 from the official site.
