EarthCam offers webcam services, and using a GigapixelCam X80 robotic camera, created a panoramic photo of New York City with the highest analysis done so far: 120.000 megapixels.
The X80 camera is the latest product of the company and its price is (only !!) $ 24,995. Of course there is also the lighter version, without the robotic features starting at $ 1.900.
The photo offered by the company, advertising her services, was pulled from the Empire State Building. It took shots for more than a day, mostly to be shot points with the right lighting, so that it is as clean as possible.
