EarthCam offers services webcam and using a GigapixelCam X80 robotic camera, took a panoramic photo of New York with the highest resolution ever: 120.000 megapixels.
The X80 camera is the latest product of the company and the price hers is (only!!) $24,995. Of course there is also the lighter version, without the robotic features that starts at $1.900.
The photo offered by the company, advertising her services, was pulled from the Empire State Building. It took over a day of shooting, mostly to get spots with the right lighting to be as clean as possible.
