It is the biggest market of all time. Dell gave 67 billions of dollars to buy EMC.
You may not have heard of it EMC, but it is a technological datacenter giant that runs many of the services you use today. The company provides datacenter storage for major technology companies.
The amount of 67 billion dollars is the largest technology market overshadowing it immediately after Avago acquired the Broadcom chipset manufacturer for $ 37 twice in May of 2015.
The deal will benefit Dell, helping to increase its exposure to data centers. It also now makes Deil one of the largest providers not only of products but also of IT services.
And this successful move by DeIII seems to be in anti-diametric philosophy with its rivals, such as Hewlett Packard, who chose to split its business into smaller pieces instead of growing it.
