Declare an unseizable account yourself

An unseizable account is a declared bank account (IBAN) in
AADE (or Taxisnet), which protects your money from seizures by the State (tax authorities, social security funds). To put it better, it protects a specific monthly amount. The limit of non-seizure is €1.250 per natural person, in a single credit institution, with the aim of securing the means of livelihood.add 1

As mentioned above, the basic limit for an individual's unseizable account is 1.250 euros per month, according to current legislation. In order for this to apply, the beneficiary must declare the specific bank account in the AADE system as unseizable in a single bank.

If the bank account is joint, then this declaration must be made by all joint beneficiaries.

How do I make the declaration?

If you want to declare an unseized account, you must follow the following steps:

Visit the AADE website from here
Click on "Applications".
Click on "Citizens".
In the letter A, click on "Unseizable account".
Click on "Login to the Application".
A box will open with Username and Password: Provide your taxisnet login details.
Click on "Login".
Fill in the IBAN of your bank account and submit the solemn declaration.

Once the electronic submission process is complete, the Directorate of Electronic Governance (DILED) of the General Secretariat of Public Revenue will inform the banks and the check/approval will take place on the same day.
