Create Windows 11 ISO for unsupported PCs

In this guide, we will modify a Windows 11 ISO using Tiny11Maker. It removes the official requirements from Windows ISOs and any unnecessary elements that “bloat” the operating system.

This will allow you to install Windows 11 on computers without TPM 2.0 or Secure Boot and with processors older than the minimum required (second-generation AMD Ryzen or eighth-generation Intel Core).

Create a Windows 11 ISO for unsupported computers

Download a copy of Windows 11 for your computer in the required version and language. You can get it from the official Windows 11 website or with Media Creation Tool.

Mount the ISO by double-clicking on it.

Download Tiny11 Maker from the GitHub repository and extract it to any folder you want.

Run the tiny11maker script. The folder also contains the tiny11Coremaker script, which creates highly abstract images of many important components. If you plan to use modified Windows 11 on your main computer for everyday use, use the tiny11maker script, as it does not modify critical components like Windows Update, Windows Recovery, or Windows Security.

Run Windows Terminal as Administrator and copy the address where the tiny11 files are located and place the terminal in the folder with the cd command.

In our case, we saved the tiny11builder-main folder in the folder where we downloaded the .zip, that is, in Downloads.

So the route is C:\Users\giorgos\Downloads\tiny11builder-main and the order we gave is cd C:\Users\giorgos\Downloads\tiny11builder-main

Now you can run the script with the command

.\tiny11maker.ps1

You will see a warning

Press R to continue. The tiny11 screen will open and you will need to provide the drive letter of the image you downloaded before pressing Enter.

In our case it is D

Select the version you want from the list – Home, Professional, Professional N or whatever you need and press Enter.

After all this, the script will proceed on its own, and in the end it will create a new ISO image for you, which you can use to install Windows 11 without any requirements.

The new ISO (tiny11.iso) has been saved in the folder where the script is located, i.e. tiny11builder-main

Important: Tiny11maker is not a pirated tool and will not activate your system. You will need a Windows 10 or 11 key to activate the installation. Make sure you select the SKU that matches your license key.
